SHIPPING POLICY

At Carolina Luxe Co, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise stated. Orders placed during launches, sales, or high-volume periods may experience slightly longer processing times.

Pre-Order Items

Some items are offered as pre-orders. Pre-order items typically ship within 2–4 weeks from the order date. Estimated shipping times are provided in the product description. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are not guaranteed once the package leaves our facility.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Carolina Luxe Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Carolina Luxe Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

RETURN POLICY 

Please note that we generally operate on a 'no return' policy. That means all sales are considered final. 

We understand, however, that exceptions may be necessary. We will gladly consider a return if you find that there is a significant issue with your purchase. By 'significant issue,' we mean a major defect or a substantial discrepancy from what was advertised.

 

If you believe your item qualifies for a return under these circumstances, please contact us within 2-3 days of receiving your order with detailed information and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and work with you to find a fair resolution.
